A road trip app that tries to be a good passenger.
Road trips are better when nobody is the full-time planner. Wayfellow is our attempt to make the planning lighter, so more of the trip happens on the road with your friends.
What we're trying to do
Share the planning. Describe the trip in a sentence, let everyone say what they're in for, and keep every car on the same page.
Keep the driver calm. Passengers handle the buttons. The driver gets a quiet glance, and only urgent things get through.
Say what we know. If we're not sure about the hours or the forecast, we'll say so instead of guessing.
A small detail
The road line down the side of our pages gets thicker as friends join. More people, one road.
What we haven't figured out yet
Map data is never perfect. Forecasts change. Some of our ideas will turn out to be wrong. We're early, and we're learning from real trips. If something looks off, we'd genuinely like to hear it.
